Part of the extended HÖRFA family, Denzel Bentley is the newest British champion
Unbeaten boxer, Denzel ‘2Sharp’ Bentley (14-0-1, 12KOs), won the British middleweight title on the night of November 13 by forcing two-time title contender Mark Heffron to retire after round four.
The rivals had met two months prior in September, and although Denz knocked Heffron down in the second round, all three judges scored the 10-round contest a draw.
Second time of asking, the 25-year-old from Battersea didn’t leave it to the judges’ decision and forced the early stoppage just a third of the way into the 12-round championship contest by smashing through his opponent’s guard with powerful punches until he closed his rival’s left eye completely shut and his trainer Michael Jennings had to throw in the towel.
Signed to Hall of Fame promoter Frank Warren, Denzel is now ranked as the fourth best middleweight in the UK, just below former world champions Chris Eubank Jr and Liam Smith, and ex two-weight British titlist Liam Williams.

The undefeated champion is a cherished member of the HÖRFA family and there will be more photos to come of Denz wearing stylish HÖRFA collections once he returns from his well deserved holiday, after fighting three times in just four months, making him the most active champion in the world right now!
He said of his HÖRFA Classic t-shirt in khaki, “It’s a really nice t-shirt, fits perfectly, and the colour is cool. I’ve been a big fan of HÖRFA for a while, so it was nice to collaborate with them finally.
“The sweatshirt collections are looking good and I’ll be getting a few orders in as the weather starts to get a bit colder. Definitely a big fan of the Classic collections.”

The former Fisher ABC amateur has come a long way since fighting with his brother and friends on his estate growing up. Despite not experiencing his first amateur fight until he was 19, he has blitzed his way through the pro ranks, winning 12 fights in his first three years as a paid puncher.
He is now the newest British champion, currently undefeated in 15 fights.
Only two of his opponents have ever managed to hear the final bell sound. Incredibly, 12 foes have fallen under his heavy hands – six of those never even made it past the very first round, and another four only reached as far as the second!
The sky is the limit for this extraordinary young man and HÖRFA will be supporting every step of the way.
Congratulations Denz, from your HÖRFA family!
