Red-hot middleweight talent Denzel Bentley joins the HÖRFA family

Denzel Bentley

Denzel ‘2Sharp’ Bentley (13-0, 11KOs) is an unbeaten boxer from Battersea who is currently storming his way through the exciting British middleweight division.

Signed to Hall of Fame promoter Frank Warren, 25-year-old Denzel is currently ranked in the top 10 in the 160lbs standings in the UK after just 13 fights.

In his next contest, he challenges British title contender Mark Heffron (25-1, 19KOs) for the vacant IBF European middleweight belt.

The talented South Londoner took time out from his intense training schedule at the famous Peacock Gym in Canning Town to pose in his stylish Classic T-Shirt in Khaki.

The unbeaten KO king said of his new top, “It’s a really nice t-shirt, fits perfectly, and the colour is cool. I’ve been a big fan of HÖRFA for a while, so it was nice to collaborate with them finally.

“The sweatshirt collections are looking good and I’ll be getting a few orders in as the weather starts to get a bit colder. Definitely a big fan of the Classic collections.”

The former Fisher ABC amateur has come a long way since practising boxing with his brother and friends on his estate growing up. Despite not experiencing his first amateur fight until he was 19, he has blitzed his way through the pro ranks, winning 12 fights in his first three years as a paid puncher.

Only two of his opponents have ever managed to hear the final bell sound. Incredibly, 11 foes have fallen under his heavy hands – six of those never even made it past the very first round, and another four only reached as far as the second.

In his last fight, he retired durable title contender Mick Hall (15-3, 2KOs) in round six, behind closed doors, live on BT Sport. The flashy fighter, danced around the ring with his hands held low, landing heavy blows, and clearly having lots of fun at the expense of his 13th unfortunate victim.

His 14th ring rival will be his biggest test to date, which has been tipped by many fight fans and boxing pundits as the most highly anticipated fight since boxing returned from lockdown.

The pair do battle on September 12 at the BT Sport studios in Stratford, London on a Queensberry Promotions show, live on BT Sport.

The winner will take home the newly formed IBF European middleweight title, which takes the victor closer to a world title shot.

Good luck Denzel! From all at HÖRFA!
