‘Save our Species’ December Campaign – Limited Edition Rhino Print

As part of HÖRFA’s ‘Save our Species’ campaign, the third of six limited edition prints feature the rare, robust, prehistoric-looking Rhino.

Rhinoceros literally means nose-horn in Greek. They are thought to be the second largest land animal, with the elephant being the largest.

These full-bodied, thick-skinned creatures, collectively known as a ‘Crash’, once roamed many places throughout Eurasia and Africa and were known to early Europeans who depicted them in cave paintings.

At the beginning of the 20th century, there were over 500,000 rhinos roaming around, but today very few exist outside of national parks and reserves, due to persistent poaching and loss of habitat.

In recent years, the western black rhino and northern white rhino have sadly become extinct in the wild.

There is estimated to be less than 30,000 rhinos left in the world, so HÖRFA are helping their cause by donating funds from every sale of November’s Rhino Sweatshirt directly to the WWF to help towards their vital conservation work.

You can do your bit by buying this strong, stunning print for you or a friend. Who knew that shopping and looking good could help save a species!

Or you can visit www.org.uk to donate towards their cause instead.

The limited-edition prints are available for November only, so once it's gone… it's gone!

Did you know… that Rhinos are actually very fast runners, reaching speeds of up to 30mph (48kph)!
